LUXURY BARN NEAR SOUTHWOLD, SUFFOLK.
The barn is situated overlooking marsh land that is registered if special scientific interest and is set aside under the rural management scheme allowing only grazing cattle to be on the land allowing nature to roam free without a crop being harvested.

Soak up the fresh, countryside air with a spot of al fresco dining in the front garden, which boasts outdoor dining furniture, a wood fired hot tub and a charcoal BBQ. From sunrise to sunset, the rear courtyard offers a true escape, boasting more seating options. The rear courtyard leads through to a larger shared courtyard, which features outdoor table tennis. The surrounding 10 acres also offer some lovely walks through wildflower meadows to explore before bedtime. There is private parking for seven cars, with an additional parking area available 50 metres away
